Teresa Skeels...Originally from Northern California, Teresa, a big city girl, relocated to the White Mountains for its small town atmosphere, clean mountain air and the beautiful mountain views. She enjoys weekends out at the lake boating with her family and friends & has recently been introduced to her new hobby of motorcycle riding.

Charles Rose specializes in commercial p&c, life and health insurance. Having grown up in Pinetop and being a business owner himself, he knows the area and the special needs you will have when making your insurance decisions. He is an avid golfer, skier, and hiker, and a general outdoor enthusiast. He has a passion for excellence and it shows in his customer service and attention to detail.

Rudy Macias recently graduated from Snowflake High School and is currently the Commercial Lines Agent at our Pinetop location but can assist you with your personal insurance needs as well. He is also using his artistic ability to create new advertising material for the agency. Rudy enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, fishing and motorcycle riding.
Patti Laskey is our Office Assistant/ Receptionist and has been with Brown & Associates Insurance since 2002. Having several years of customer service experience makes her a great asset to the company. She enjoys reading and shopping.
Linda Camp, Licensed CSR I have been a licensed Customer Service Rep since 1996. I got my license in the state of Washington where I worked for an independent agency in personal lines. Since that time I have worked in the state of Texas and now have moved back to my home state of Arizona. I was born in Snowflake, Arizona and am currently residing in Taylor. I moved back to Arizona in 2004 and continued my work as a licensed agent and am currently employed in Pinetop at Brown & Associates in the personal lines department. I have a son who is married and currently lives in Connecticut. I have two grandchildren. My hobbies are reading, spending time with my family and friends, camping and traveling.
Stephanie Gailey is new to the White Mountain area, having recently moved here after attending Utah State University in Logan, Utah. Coming from a long line of insurance experience she is excited to become a part of the family business. She enjoys shopping, camping and spending time with her husband, Skyler.
